The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. One Kundan Singh was apprehended. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Kundan Singh. The petitioner has not been put on T.I. Parade and he is in jail since 20.6.2014.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No.106 of 2013.
