The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
The F.I.R. is against unknown.
It is submitted that the name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of one Pramod Kumar who was arrested in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No. 21/14 under section 376 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. Pramod Kumar disclosed that he along with the petitioner and others committed robbery. Sanjeet Kumar alias Lallu Kumar, whose name also figured in the confessional statement of Pramod Kumar has already been enlarged on bail by the Additional Sessions Judge 1st, Patna.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5057 of 2015 (3) dt.11-03-2015 It appears that the name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Pramod Kumar. Even the motor cycle said to have been used in committing crime was recovered from in front of the house of Bishundhari Mahto, in pursuance of the confessional statement of Pramod Kumar. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No. 12/2014.
