Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is that he along with co- accused Jitendra snatched motorcycle of the informant but admittedly, informant found his motorcycle subsequently in an abandon condition and after that petitioner was chased and caught by the informant and his associates.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner was working as labour with the informant. When he left his work and started working with co- accused Jitendra, informant lodged this false case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on
