The petitioner has approached this Court for issuance of a writ for quashing the entire selection process of Aasha Worker for Ward No. 5, falling in Gram Panchayat Raj Alampur Kodariya in the district of Samastipur on the ground that despite a Committee having found the certificate of private respondent no. 7 to be forged and fabricated, she has been appointed on the post of Aasha Worker.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after an enquiry it was found that the basis of seeking appointment by private respondent no. 7 was the forged certificate and when this came to the knowledge of the concerned respondents, private respondent no. 7 ought not to have been appointed on the post of Aasha Worker.

4. A detailed representation has been filed by the petitioner, who too was an applicant for such post, before the Civil Surgeon cum Members Secretary, District Health Samiti, Samastipur but the aforesaid representation has not been acted upon.

5. Under the aforesaid circumstances, this Court only directs the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the Civil Surgeon cum Members Secretary, District Health Samiti, Samastipur (respondent no. 3) within a period of four weeks from today. On receipt of such representation, the same shall be disposed of by a reasoned order by the concerned respondent within a period of four weeks thereafter.

6. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition is disposed off.
