JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-08-2022 Though, the present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to remove the encroachment made over public land appertaining to Khesra No. 1797 and Khesra No. 1798 situated in Village Harnahi, Thana No. 167, under Motipur Circle in Muzaffarpur District, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner has limited his prayer to grant of liberty to the petitioner to approach the Respondent No.4 i.e. the Circle Officer, Motipur, District Muzaffarpur. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed by the petitioner before the Respondent no. 4 within a

Patna High Court CWJC No.4507 of 2021(2) dt.26-08-2022 2/2 period of four weeks from today, the Respondent no. 4 shall take appropriate action thereon and pass the final order, in accordance with law, after hearing the affected parties within a period of 12 weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
