There is concurrent finding of facts with regard to the issue that it is the private-respondents, who are in possession of the land in question, and the petitioner is claiming a right over the said property on some begotten kind of documents and claim, including the claim that he has got this property as part of his share in partition. No such evidence was either led before the authorities
Patna High Court CWJC No.8293 of 1996 dt.01-04-2015 2/2 below or has been brought in the present writ application. Therefore, the orders, in question, are not required to be interfered with.
Dismissal of the writ application, however, will not come in the way of the petitioner to explore other avenues and jurisdiction with regard to his right, title and interest over the property.
Writ application is dismissed.
