1. Heard the parties.

2. The petitioner has prayed as under:-

(1) For issuance of direction to the respondents especially the respondent no.4 to 7 and 9 to allow the petitioner to discharge her duty of panchayat teacher in Middle school, Mortar under Gram Panchayat Raj Malipur Block Garpura in

Patna High Court CWJC No.322 of 2023(2) dt.20-01-2023 2/3 the District of Begusarai who has been stopped to get her payment of monthly salary by way of letter no.1689 dated 26.06.2020 issued under the signature of the District Education Officer, Begusarai and consequent Memo no. 137 dated 06.07.2020 issued under the signature of Block Education Officer, Garhpura without giving notice/without affording the opportunity of being heard.

(II). For issuance of a direction to the respondents to release the payment of salary to the petitioner with panel interest from the date of withheld i.e. 26.06.2020.

(III) For issuance of a direction to the respondents to grant all consequential monetary benefits to the petitioner, who has been stopped to get salary in a capricious manner with as letter violation of principle of natural justice as guaranteed by the Constitution of India.

3. Considering it that this matter is covered by the judgment, dated 23.02.2022 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5489 of 2020 (Suresh Ram Vrs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) and connected matters reported in 2022(2) B.L.J., 381, 2022 (2) PLJR, 80 and the judgment dated 07.03.2022, passed in C.W.J.C. No.34 of 2022 (Minakshi @ Sushre Minakshi & Ars. Vrs. The State of Bihar & Ors), this writ petition is
