With a concurrent fining of facts, supported by finding of possession in 145 proceedings right up till the Hon'ble Apex Court, it is difficult for this Court now to interfere with the impugned orders, contained in Annexure-2, and 4.

Once the consolidation proceedings come to an end, may be the petitioner can take a chance by filing a suit for a declaration, but as of

Patna High Court CWJC No.12337 of 1995 dt.09-04-2015 2/2 now, no interference is warranted with the impugned orders.

Writ application stands dismissed.
