None appears on behalf of the respondents either, though the names of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties are printed in the daily cause list.

This matter was taken up for hearing on 30.04.2015 by a Bench of this Court (Coram: Shivaji Pandey, J.), but none had appeared on that date also. Yet the case was adjourned with an observation that if none appears on behalf of the petitioners on the next date, appropriate order shall be passed. In that view of the matter, the present writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
