The petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: (i) for a direction to the respondents especially the respondent No.3 to issue Rent Receipt in name of the petitioner for the land in issue after reconstructing Reg. II, which is reported damaged, or disposed of the application made to him several times by a reasoned and speaking order as the matter is

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a bare perusal of the Annexure-P/3 and Annexure-P/5, would show the Circle Officer, Kudra (respondent no.3) issued notice vide letter no. 3087 dated 25.11.2022 and 3352 dated 26.12.2022 after which he submitted all the documents before concerned office. However, it is his submission that despite repeated request, the respondent no.3 has chosen not to pass an appropriate order.

4. Upon query, learned State Counsel submits that if notices have been issued and suitably replied, it is the duty of the concerned respondent to pass necessary order.

5. A perusal of Annexure-3 and 5 would show that the last notice is of December, 2023, we are in the month of April, 2024 and for six months, the respondent the Circle Officer, Kudra, Kaimur has not taken any decision as informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

6. In that background, in view of the limited prayer of the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.3, the Circle Officer, Kudra, Kaimur to take decision, if still not taken within a period of

7. Mrs. Archana Minakshi, learned G.P.-6 will be informing the concerned respondent, the Circle Officer, Kudra today itself telephonically.
