Petitioner is languishing in custody since 16.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Accusation is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. got her age recorded as 18 years and she admitted that she has already married with Gaurav Sah and the petitioner never played any role in the entire episode. Petitioner is brother-in-law of Gaurav sah.
Considering the statement of the victim under Section 164 Cr.P.C., let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
