The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section s 7, 13(2) read with section 3(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act.

The petitioner was apprehended while taking bribe of Rs. 10,000/- .

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in jail since 20.11.2014. Petitioner has already been put under suspension and charge sheet in this case has already been submitted.

Learned public prosecutor appearing for the vigilance opposed the prayer for bail.

On consideration of the fact that petitioner has

No.4566 of 2015 (2) dt.03-02-2015 2/2 remained in jail for two and half months and charge sheet has already been submitted, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Vigilance, Patna in Special Case No. 78 of 2014 arising out of Vigilance P.S.
