The petitioner could be remanded in this case on 06-112014 whereas; his prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected by this court vide order dated 14-07-2006 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25625 of 2006.

Therefore, taking note of previous conduct of the petitioner as well as the accusation, levelled against him, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 137 of 2006 pending in the court of Sri R. K. Bharti, Judicial Magistrate, Patna/concerned court stands rejected. However, if the trial of the petitioner is not concluded
