2. Heard Mr. Vijay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr. Vivek Anand Amritesh, learned AC to SC 28 for the State and Mr. Indrajesh Kumar, learned counsel for the BRA Bihar University (hereinafter referred to as the 'University').

3. It is not in dispute that all admitted dues of the petitioner have been paid. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that liberty may be given to him that he may represent before the authority concerned, if it transpires that there is any discrepancy, either in calculation or under any head, payments are still due to him.

4. Having regard to the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the respondents no. 5 and 6 (Registrar and Finance Officer of the University) with regard to any discrepancy in the payments made or if anything further remains unpaid. If the petitioner makes such representation within one month from today, the respondents no. 5 and 6 shall get the matter looked into and verified from the official records and pass a reasoned order within six weeks from the date of filing of such representation. If it is found that any further amount is due and payable to the petitioner, the same shall also be paid to him within three weeks of passing of the order on the representation of the petitioner.
