The complain of the petitioner against selection of Respondent no.9 as Anganwari Sevika for Center No. 252 at Ward no. 4 in Block Akabarpur, Nawada is pending consideration before the District Programme Officer, ICDS, Nawada (Respondent no.7) as per Annexure-3 of the writ petition.
