The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

From the possession of the petitioner, one rifle with magazines and live cartridges from his right hand and one pistol with live cartridges from his left hand were recovered. It is submitted that Ashok Yadav and Divesh Kumar have already been enlarged on bail. The petitioner is in jail for more than a year. It appears that one rifle and one pistol with live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has got criminal antecedents and he is accused in as many as 28 cases.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4099 of 2015 (3) dt.21-04-2015 2/2 rejected.

Since the petitioner is in jail for more than a year, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within six months from the date of receipt of this order. The Superintendent of Police, Bhagalpur is also directed to produce the prosecution witnesses before the trial court on the date fixed for evidence.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the Superintendent of Police, Bhagalpur for compliance.
