2. The present writ petition has been preferred for grant of following relief/s:-

Patna High Court CWJC No.973 of 2017(2) dt.30-04-2024 2/2 "For issuance of a writ in the nature of writ of certiorari for setting aside the draft statement of Block-Fenhara, District- East Champaran issued by the Circle Officer, Block-Fenhara, District-East Champaran (Respondent No.-6)"

3. A perusal of the prayer would show that only a draft statement made in the Block- Fenhara, District- East Champaran has been challenged.

4. There is no supplementary affidavit to show what happened thereafter.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he will be approaching the concerned authority.

6. Granting said liberty, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
