In this case, the petitioner has made a prayer for quashing the order contained in Memo No. 2527 dated 12.06.1997 issued by the Collector, Gopalganj, respondent no. 2 by which, he has dissolved the Notified Area Committee (N.A.C.), Barauli in the district of Gopalganj and Circle Officer of Barauli was appointed as Special Officer vide letter dated 12.06.1997. As it is a matter of 1997, more than 16 years already passed. In such view of the matter, this present writ petition has become infructuous.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2616 of 1998 (6) dt.16-02-2015 Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
