The petitioner, who superannuated from the post of the Deputy Superintendent of Police on 31.05.2012, has approached this Court for payment under Modified Assured Career Progression Scheme, 2010 ("M.A.C.P. Scheme, 2010"

Patna High Court CWJC No.1070 of 2019 dt.14-02-2019 2/3 for short) w.e.f. 01.07.2006, to which he is entitled in accordance with M.A.C.P. Scheme of 2010.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in his service career, he has not been subjected to any punishment and has only been given two time-boundpromotions. The second time-bound-promotion has been given to him in the year 2000 and under the M.A.C.P. Scheme, 2010, the petitioner is entitled for financial progression w.e.f. 01.07.2006, which has not been given to him. Several representations also have been made by the petitioner before the concerned authorities / respondents but none of such representation have been responded to.

The petitioner in the aforesaid circumstances is directed to make a fresh representation before the Inspector General of Police (Head Quarter), Patna, detailing his grievances and his claim being paid under the M.A.C.P. Scheme, 2010, within a period of four weeks from today, which representation shall be disposed off by the concerned respondent within a period of four weeks thereafter with a reasoned order.
