JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-06-2022 The present petition has been filed for restoring a contempt petition bearing MJC No. 3964 of 2019, which has stood dismissed on account of non-prosecution.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on account of unavoidable reasons, he could not appear before this Court, hence, the contempt petition was dismissed for default.

Accordingly, it is directed that the aforesaid contempt petition bearing MCJ No. 3964 of 2019 be restored to its original file.
