Petitioner is not named in the first information report nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession and moreover, he has not been put on Test Identification Parade as yet. So far as criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned, it is submitted that when petitioner was arrested in this case from his house, he was remanded in other cases also.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6384 of 2015 (2) dt.18-02-2015 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 133 of 2014.
