2. Counsel for the State submits that grievances of the petitioner has already been settled. From the order dated 31.10.2023, matter has been adjourned for two weeks with clear instruction that if no one appears on the said date, appropriate order shall be passed.

3. It transpires to this Court that petitioner is not interested to pursue this case. As such, this writ petition stands dismissed due to non prosecution.
