2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Ujiarpur P.S. Case No. 314 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the IPC.

3. The informant is father of the deceased. He has made allegation that he got an information on 20.08.2023 from co-villager that the accused persons had committed murder of the deceased. He went to the matrimonial house of his daughter where he saw her dead body. He came to know that all the accused persons including the petitioner killed his daughter by strangulating her throat. It has also been mentioned in the FIR that 2-3 months prior to the occurrence, the accused persons were demanding dowry of Rs. 5 lacs.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is a lady, she is innocent and has falsely been

The petitioner is second wife of the husband of the deceased and the daughters of the deceased have categorically stated about innocence of the petitioner. It has also been submitted that the marriage of the deceased was solemnized in the year 2013 and the occurrence has taken place after ten years of the marriage as such, the demand of dowry is prima- facie false allegation. It has further been submitted that when the informant realized the fact, he filed compromise petition.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dalsinghsarai (Samastipur) in connection with Ujiarpur P.S. Case No. 314 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make herself available as and when required by the court.
