JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case initially, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 489B, 489C/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Sections 15(i)(a) (iii-e) read with Section 16/17 of UA(P) Act, 1967 were also added. One hundred counterfeit notes, denomination of rupees one thousand each amounting to rupees one lacs were recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Although, learned counsel for the petitioner tried to show the false implication of the petitioner but I am not inclined to
