This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant had paid illegal gratification of rupees one lakh to the petitioner to manage a visa for the son of the informant. The petitioner provided only tourist visa and not service visa.

Since, the informant was himself engaged in illegal act by paying illegal money for wrongful purpose, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 150 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, or successor Court.
