Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 323, 341, 447, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 3(i)(r)(s) of S.C./S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

In view of the report dated 25.07.2022, report reveals that altogether seven witnesses including the Victim have already been examined and cross-examined. Only I.O. and Lady doctor are yet to be examined.
