2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ujiyarpur PS Case No.314 of 2023 dated 20.08.2023, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that the daughter of the informant, who was married to the petitioner, was killed by his in-laws by hanging her. It is also alleged that the father of this petitioner had demanded rupees five lakhs from the informant about two-three months prior to the occurrence.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this

It is submitted that marriage of the petitioner was solemnized in the year 2013 and the occurrence has taken place after ten years of marriage. Learned counsel further submits that the deceased has committed suicide. The petitioner had no knowledge about any demand of money. It is further submitted that during investigation, daughter of the deceased, Tanisha Bharti, in her statement under Section 180 of the BNSS, has stated before the Investigating Officer that her mother has committed suicide herself.
During the course of investigation, it has also come that the daughter of the informant has committed suicide and thereafter the petitioner and his family members were taking her to hospital, but she died on the way and when the informant came to know of the real fact he has filed a compromise petition in the Court below. It is also submitted that co-accused, Ramashish Paswan and Ramkashi Devi have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 02.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.45126 of 2024. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 20.09.2024 having clean antecedents and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.
5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of

No.1104 of 2025(4) dt.08-05-2025 3/3 the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dalsinghsarai, Samastipur, in Ujiyarpur PS Case No.314 of 2023.
7. The application stands allowed.
