JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 07-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing on behalf of C.B.I, PNB and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner is accused in connection with Special Case No. 8 of 2012 pertaining to RC0232012A0015 (RC No. 15(A)/2012, registered under Sections 120-B, 420, 409, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 13(2), 13(1),(c) and (d) of Prevention of Corruption Act.

The accusation is that petitioner being the Senior Manager of PNB, SME Branch, J.J. Complex, East Boaring Canal Road, Patna made recommendation for loan of Rs. Three

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2467 of 2017 (2) dt.07-02-2017 2/2 crore to M/s Baseline Petroleum Ltd., who did not started to pay the installment in time. Thereafter, on verification the sale deed which was produced as collateral security was found fake. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 10.11.2016 and Chargesheet has already been submitted in this case.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, CBI-I, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 8 of 2012 pertaining to RC0232012A0015 (RC No. 15(A)/2012.
