The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ishuapur P.S. Case No. 187/2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30/30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

There is recovery of huge quantity of spirit which was being used for manufacture of illicit liquor. Petitioner's complicity has been found in this case.
