This is an application for regular bail in a case of misuse. The case was registered under sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S.Act.

From the possession of the petitioner 500 grams of Ganja was recovered. Initially, the petitioner was granted bail by the learned court below but no pairvi was made on behalf of the petitioner resulting into cancellation of bail bonds. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has gone outside to earn his livelihood. Considering the fact that the petitioner was granted bail by the court below and the bail bonds was cancelled due to one day default, let the petitioner, abovenamed, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23411 of 2016 (3) dt.20-06-2016 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 1st Addl. Sessions Judge cum Special Judge (NDPS Act), Darbhanga in L.N.M.U. P.S.Case No. 64/2014 arising out of G.O.Case No. 1/2014.

The learned trial court will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner if he defaults for two consecutive occasions.
