2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the District Programme Officer, Siwan on 06.09.2018 whereby, in place of the petitioner, private respondent no. 5 has been directed to appointed as Aanganwari Sewika at Ward No. 14.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that she has not preferred any appeal before the Collector, Siwan against the order of the District Programme Officer, Siwan.
4. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to prefer an
Patna High Court CWJC No.1056 of 2019 dt.14-02-2019 2/2 appeal before the Collector, Siwan within a period of three weeks from today, challenging the order of the District Programme Officer, Siwan. The District Magistrate, Siwan on receipt of such memo of appeal shall after hearing the petitioner and the private respondent no. 5, pass orders and dispose of such appeal within a period of four weeks thereafter by a reasoned order.
5. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition is disposed off as withdrawn.
