The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with a case registered under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 20 and 22 of the NDPS Act.
As per allegation in the F.I.R., 115 grams of charas was recovered from the possession of the petitioner besides other articles.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegations of recovery of charas as made against the petitioner is false and concocted. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. He has been falsely

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the recovery of 115 grams of charas from the possession of the petitioner, the Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and the application is rejected. (Partha Sarthy, J) Prakash/- U
