JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-02-2020 This matter has been listed under the heading "To be mentioned" on the Bench slip kept at flag 'X' dated 17.02.2020 filed on behalf of the petitioner whereby modification of the order dated 17.02.2020 has been prayed for.

It is submitted that in the order dated 17.02.2020, in last line of third para, inadvertently, it has wrongly been typed that the car belongs to the petitioner, instead of car belongs to the co-accused Brajesh Kumar.

Further in fourth line of fourth para, inadvertently it has been typed that a Sanha was lodged by the petitioner, instead of Sanha was lodged by the co-accused Brajesh Kumar. In such view of the matter, the word "the car belongs to the petitioner appearing in last line of third para and the word the Sanha was lodged by the petitioner in fourth line of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8 of 2020(3) dt.26-02-2020 2/2 fourth para," shall stand deleted from the order dated 17.02.2020.

The order dated 17.02.2020 is modified to the above extent.
