Case No. 108/2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Prosecution case is that dead body of the brother of informant was recovered and informant suspects the hands of petitioners and others in the murder of his brother as his brother was earlier working under the petitioners and there was dispute between them with regard to payment of wages to labour.
