JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 14.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,324,504,506 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, section 307 IPC was also added.

The accusation against the petitioner is of assaulting the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury has been found to be simple though the petitioner is alleged to have made assault with iron rod when injury nos. 1 to 3 have been found to be sharp cutting.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection
