The writ application is filed to command the respondents to shift villagers of village Raipura to village Tekani as per the tripartite agreement entered between the district administration , the Company and the villagers. The stand of the respondents is that the local administration only acted as facilitator of the settlement between the parties. The Company has already been closed. This Court cannot invoke writ jurisdiction for enforcement of the alleged tripartite agreement.
Be that as it may, since no one has appeared on
Patna High Court CWJC No.740 of 2007 (14) dt.21-08-2015 2/2 behalf of the petitioner to press this application, this Court is constraint to dismiss this application for non-prosecution. I order accordingly.
