2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 305 of 2023 registered for offences under Sections 8(c), 20(b) (ii)/(B), 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 12 Kg 150 Gram ganja has been recovered from the petitioner.

4. The petitioner has been named by the person who was caught on the spot.

5. In view of the fact that petitioner is involved in the smuggling of ganja, this court is of the considered opinion

6. The application for anticipatory bail is, accordingly, dismissed.

7. The petitioner must surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised.

8. If such a petition is filed in the court below for grant of bail, then the same may be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
