====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-04-2025 Instant modification petition has been filed for modification of order dated 27.9.2024, passed in Cr.Mis.No. 63920/2024.

2. In view of the reasons mentioned in the modification petition, petitioner is granted six weeks' further time to surrender and to furnish bail bonds as directed vide aforesaid order, subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) to the concerned District Legal Services Authority for its utilization for purchase of furniture for the court as well as beautification of the court premises and to furnish its receipt with the bail-bond.

3. Modification petition is allowed to the extent indicated above.
