JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-08-2019 The learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties has filed a show cause on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 wherein in paragraph no. 6, it has been stated that after the order of this Court passed on 18.01.2018, the petitioner had filed her joining which was accepted by the District Education Officer and she has been allowed to receive charge of Block Education Officer, Chiraut and an office order to the said effect dated 23.03.2018 has also been passed which has been brought on record of this case.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off.
