This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Complaint Case No. 109C of 2018, arising out of Sonu Police Station No. 6 of 2017, disclosing offences under Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are said to be the villagers of the husband of the deceased. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that a final report was submitted by the police. However, based on protest -cum- complaint petition, the Court below has taken cognizance because of which, the petitioners now apprehends their arrest.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6085 of 2019(2) dt.04-02-2019 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - I, Jamui, in connection with Complaint Case No. 109C of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioners shall present themselves before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on their part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, their bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
