JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 09-07-2015 Mr. Janardan Singh, learned counsel who appears on behalf of the petitioner submits that the sole petitioner died about two years ago and he had intimated the heirs of the sole deceased petitioner for getting themselves substituted in the present matter, however, none has appeared till date.
Accordingly, in view of the fact that the sole petitioner has died two years back and none could be substituted in his place, this application has become incompetent to proceed with and, as such, the same is dismissed.
