The petitioner seeks bail in Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 162 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is in custody since 03.08.2016 and the charge-sheet has already been submitted against the petitioner. The petitioner has stated before the police that he has purchased the alleged stolen motorcycle from his Sarhu Md. Bhodu @ Hashim.

Be that as it may, taking into consideration the period spent by the petitioner into the custody and charge-sheet

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3104 of 2017 (3) dt.02-03-2017 2/2 being submitted, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Bahadurganj P.S.
