2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 325, 326, 307, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-B)(a), 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of the occurrence, while the informant had gone to K.D. High School, Malinagar to organize a Cricket Match and went to a general store to arrange water and other things. In the meantime, three motorcycle borne miscreantscovering their faces, with monkey cap came there. Two of them pointed pistol towards the informant and when informant ran to save his life they made indiscriminate firing due to which informant got injured.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2188 of 2025(2) dt.12-02-2025 2/2 submits that the FIR is against unknown. Petitioner's name has come in this case during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that the petitioner has got two criminal antecedent of similar nature and victim sustained fire arms injury.
6. Considering the nature and gravity of allegation and the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
