The petitioner seeks bail in Palasi P.S. Case No. 29 of 2014 registered under sections 406, 409, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that petitioner being Mukhiya of the Grampanchayat withdrew Rs.22 lakh but did not execute the work.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she is ready to deposit the entire amount within three months. If the petitioner deposits Rs. 100000/- within one months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial

The petitioner shall deposit the remaining amount of Rs. 1.20 lac within two months in equal installments, if the petitioner would not deposit the remaining amount within two months her bail bonds shall be cancelled by the learned court below.
