The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Cheriya Bariyarpur P.S.Case No.37 of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 188 and 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a)/30(E) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From the house of the petitioner material for preparation of liquor was recovered. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 26.11.2019.

Considering the entire facts of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on regular bail after completion

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.125 of 2020(2) dt.16-01-2020 2/2 of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cumSpecial Judge Excise Act, Begusarai in connection with Cheriya Bariyarpur P.S.Case No.37 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner and also that the petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the Court.
