1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That the present writ application is for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs directing and commanding the respondents concern specially to respondent no.5 to remove the encroachment from the land bearing Khata No.81, Plot No.1 and 459 bearing area 4.55 Acre and 0.50 acre situated at Mauza-Baurhi Khurd, P.S. and Anchal Rajauli District Nawada.

And further direction be issued to the respondent concern to conclude the encroachment proceeding being Encroachment Case No.6/2020-21 to its logical end in

Patna High Court CWJC No.809 of 2024(2) dt.29-04-2024 2/2 accordance with law."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction upon the Circle Officer, Rajauli, P.S.-Rajauli, District-Nawada, to conclude the proceeding of the pending Encroachment Case No.06 of 2020-21.

3. Having regard to the limited prayer, made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to direct the Circle Officer, Rajauli, P.S.-Rajauli, District-Nawada to conclude the proceedings of the aforesaid Encroachment Case No.06 of 2020-21, by passing the final order, under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, within a period of 12 weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
