Petitioner is in custody in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 310 of 2017 for the offence under sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the instant case one country-made katta and two live cartridges were allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 27.09.2017. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Jamui, in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 310 of 2017.
