1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the O.P. No.2.
2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party no.2 vide order dated 20.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.6581 of 2018.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the opposite party no.2 has not paid the interim maintenance amount since about seven months.
4. Learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 submits that although opposite party no.2 is paying the interim
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3125 of 2023(4) dt.17-11-2025 2/2 maintenance amount, however, if any arrear is due, the opposite party no.2 shall pay the arrear within six months.
5. Learned counsel for the parties submits that in view of the facts and circumstances, the present Cr. Misc. Application may be disposed of.
