Petitioners are languishing in custody since 14.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 379, 325, 307, 337, 353, 332, 333, 436, 504/120B of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
It is alleged that boundary wall of the BIADA was constructed, in the meantime, thousands people came variously armed and attacked on police force, put the J.C.B. machine, motorcycle and house of the police on fire. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusations are omnibus and general
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4094 of 2015 (2) dt.30-01-2015 against several persons and the injuries have been found to be simple.
Considering the fact that the accusations are omnibus and general, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 269 of 2011.
