The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 365, 366 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the statement of the victim-girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. that she was willing to be with coaccused Niranjan Yadav, a Coordinate Bench has already granted anticipatory bail to Niranjan Yadav vide order dated 03.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33155 of 2018. Petitioner was associate of Niranjan Yadav at the time of kidnapping. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty
